Ode to the Femme

This series started as way to open up to using A.I. as a tool for my references. I generated images of iconic ideals of women in film from the past and in doing so, found myself diving back into the concepts of feminine beauty that had organically inspired me so innocently since I was a child. 

Now I find myself exploring…

What defines beauty? What does femininity really mean? How has our culture shaped the constructs of the female gender, imbuing them with expectations? And how does extremes and perfectionism play out in all of this?
